Early Check in is available for a fee of $30 US before 3PM. Early Check ins have access to all property facilities while their room is prepared as soon as possible.
Late Check in fee of $30 US applies to arrivals after hours. Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving after 7PM so a staff member can be scheduled to stay late and welcome you for your check in.

Check out process is 3 Easy Steps
1. Please return the room key to the door as you found it at your arrival. 2. Leave your safe open & empty to show you have all your valuables and so it can be reset by the next guests. 3. Pay Cash for any drinks, snacks and/or laundry services you had during your stay with a Katamah assistant manager or housekeeper in the Guests Lounge/Lobby. (Credit/Debit card payments carry a $10 USD transaction fee.)
Late Check Out can be added to your stay, subject to availability. Late check out of 1PM is an additional fee $30 USD and a 3PM Check outs are $50 USD.
If you would like a Late Check out please put in your request out before the morning of your departure so we can confirm your request based on availability.
Does Katamah have a Restaurant? Do rates include Breakfast?
Breakfast & Lunch are available on property at the Hold A Vibz cafe at the entrance. Rates do not include breakfast, the cafe is a separate vendor and accepts cash only.

How can I take a boat tour to The Pelican Bar or Black River?
Boat Tours leave from our beach daily. Contact numbers for our recommended captains are listed in your in room guidebook. Call a Captain to book your private boat tour or join an existing tour any day of your stay! The tour boats depart directly from the beach to the left of Katamah and Captains are there daily, one minute walk in front of Eggy's Seafood + Beach Bar.
Pelican Bar Boat Tours start at approximately $50 USD per person, price varies depending on the number of persons on the boat. Black River + Pelican Bar Boat Tours start at approximately $80 USD per person.
Do the Katamah rooms have Air Conditioning?
We currently offer Air Conditioning in all the Maya, Laila & Marika Suites. The Mason Cabin, the Saida Room and the Habibi Room also have Air Conditioning.
In our efforts to be environmentally conscious, we offer fans in every room. Our accommodations are designed to carry the ocean breeze through, they stay very cool in temperature.
Is Secure Parking available?
On Site, Secure Parking is available for free for all registered Katamah guests.
Is Daily Housekeeping Included in my stay? Can I do laundry at Katamah?
Yes Housekeeping cleaning service is available daily in every stay at Katamah.
Laundry Service is available between 8AM - 4PM daily for $15 USD per load of laundry.
Laundry can be booked each morning with a Katamah Housekeeping team member. Laundry is line dried and returned by the next morning. Whenever possible, we will return your clean laundry the same day.
Laundry is to be paid in cash to Katamah at your check out. Unpaid Laundry services will be charged to your credit card on file or be sent to you via money request on Airbnb.
