Please let us know in advance your approximate arrival time so that a Katamah team member can be scheduled to welcome you, give you a brief orientation to the property and show you to your room suite or cabin.
Early Check In is available for a fee of $25 USD before 3PM. Early Check ins have access to all property facilities while their room is prepared as soon as possible.
Unscheduled arrivals after 6PM will carry a Late Check in fee of $25 USD. Please let us know if you are running late so a staff member can be asked to stay late and welcome you for your check in.

Check out process is 4 easy Steps
1. Make your check out appointment with our staff the day before your departure. 2. At your departure, please return the room key to the door as you found it at your arrival. 3. Leave your safe open & empty to show you have all your valuables and so it can be reset by the next guests. 4. Pay cash for your drinks, snacks, Wake products and/or laundry services you had during your stay with a Katamah assistant manager or housekeeper in the Guests Lounge/Lobby. (Credit/Debit card payments carry a $10 USD transaction fee.)
If you would like a late check out please put in your request out before the morning of your departure so we can confirm your request based on availability. Late Check Out is subject to availability. Late check out of 1PM is an additional fee $30 USD and a 3PM Check outs are $50 USD.
Does Katamah have a Restaurant? Do rates include Breakfast?
Breakfast & Lunch are available on property at the Hold A Vibz cafe at the entrance. Rates do not include breakfast, the cafe is a separate vendor and accepts cash only.

Their great, prompt service and well kept vehicles are available for day trips and sightseeing tours during your stay! Treasure Tours also offers affordable in town taxi shuttle service to and from local destinations such as Sadies' Grocery, Great Bay and Billy's Bay.

How can I take a boat tour to The Pelican Bar or Black River?
Boat Tours leave from our beach daily. Contact numbers for our recommended captains are listed in your in room guidebook. Call a Captain to book your private boat tour or join an existing tour any day of your stay! Boat tours meet down the beach from Katamah, a one minute walk in front of Eggy's Seafood + Beach Bar.
Pelican Bar Boat Tours start at approximately $45 USD per person, price varies depending on the number of persons on the boat. Black River + Pelican Bar Boat Tours start at approximately $75 USD per person.
Do the Katamah rooms have Air Conditioning?
We currently offer Air Conditioning in all Luxury Suites: the Maya, Laila & Marika. The Mason Cabin, the Saida Room and the Habibi Room also have Air Conditioning.
In our efforts to be environmentally conscious, we offer fans in every room. Our accommodations are designed to carry the ocean breeze through, they stay very cool in temperature.
Is Secure Parking available?
On Site, Secure Parking is available for free for all registered Katamah guests.
Can I do laundry at Katamah?
Laundry Service is available between 8AM - 4PM daily for an additional cost. Each Laundry Load (15 Items or less) is $10 USD.
Laundry Services can be booked each morning with a Katamah Housekeeping team member. Please place your clothes in the bag or laundry bin provided and put it outside your door for collection by the housekeeper. Laundry is line dried and returned by the next morning. Whenever possible, we will return your clean laundry the same day.
Laundry is to be paid in cash to Katamah at your check out. Any unpaid laundry bills will carry an additional $10 fee. Unpaid Laundry services will be charged to your credit card on file or be sent to you via money request on Airbnb.
